✦    Once the website design template is complete, it will be transferred to you where you will have full control over your Carrd website. If any elements break or display incorrectly, please reach out to me before attempting major edits, as many components are interconnected. I'm happy to help if something breaks but I am not responsible for fixing extensive changes or redoing the project if it has been heavily altered.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

✦    You are responsible for providing clear references and accurate information before payment and before any work begins.✦    Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees and may vary depending on workload, real life and project complexity.✦    Progress updates will be provided during key stages of the commission.✦    Major revisions or changes later in the process may incur additional fees.✦    Final files are delivered digitally. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

✦    The 50% deposit to be placed in queue is non-refundable and full payment is non-refundable once work begins.✦    Refunds are ONLY issued if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason.

✦    For TOS Agreement, invoicing and record-keeping, you must provide your First and Last Name and Email. Please ensure your name and email match your payment account. Missing or incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of the project. This helps ensure a secure and verifiable transaction for both the Client and the Artist.

GENERAL TERMS

✦    Persona Flex reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.

✦    All information shared between Persona Flex and the client will remain strictly confidential other than what will be displayed in queue. If you'd like the display of your name in my queue to be kept more private, please let me know in advance.

✦    The most current version of these Terms applies to all past, current, and future commissions and services.✦    Please respect all my terms. Violating any Terms may lead to consequences.

Unless any major changes are made, this form only needs to be signed once and will remain valid for any future commissions.

Offer Details

✦    What you'll receive: A fully designed, mobile-friendly Carrd website with a minimum of three to five pages, including a custom landing page. Each site is built from the ground up and tailored specifically to reflect your character’s personality, theme, and visual identity. The completed website will be transferred directly to your Carrd account upon completion.

✦    Character bio required: You will be asked to provide a character bio or summary. I will refine and clean up the text while preserving all important details to ensure it aligns naturally with the website’s presentation and flow.

✦    Photography requirements: You must provide an MCDF file for your character, or meet briefly in-game for me to grab your character data, if your character is vanilla. I will handle all gpose photography and visual direction.

✦    Photography deliverables: You will receive all raw gpose photos taken during the project for personal use, in addition to the curated images used in the website.

✦    File delivery: All project files, including images and relevant assets, will be delivered in a .zip file via email once completed.

✦    Progress updates: As this is a special offer, you will receive one progress update near the end of the project. Please be as detailed as possible when describing your character, their vibe, lore, and overall vision. Minor adjustments are welcome at that stage; however, significant changes may incur an additional fee.

✦    Delivery time-frame: Estimated delivery is about 2–3 weeks once work begins. Please see the Queue page for current wait times and availability.

✦    Carrd account required: You must have an active Carrd account in order for the completed website to be transferred.
