As a full-time artist, I dedicate myself to working on commissions every day to ensure timely delivery and high-quality work.
→ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the queue, and full payment must be made before artwork begins.
→ Please note: I focus on one client at a time, dedicating attention to their commission. However, while waiting for feedback or approval, I may start on the next client's project or a simpler task to maintain workflow efficiency.
→ ETA: I usually complete orders ahead of schedule. The estimated time is set conservatively to account for real-life situations or unexpected expedited orders, ensuring reliable and satisfactory delivery.
→ Expedited requests — whether from new or existing clients — may affect the estimated turnaround time (ETA) for other commissions. Thanks for your understanding! If there are multiple expedited orders, I will dedicate one day per week to progressing the next client’s (non-expedited) order in queue to keep the workflow balanced. If your commission's ETA needs to be adjusted, you’ll be notified closer to your original ETA.

→ The only difference between the Order Queue and the Wait List is that I can’t provide an accurate ETA this far in advance. Everything else remains the same, and a 50% deposit is required to lock in your quoted pricing, regardless of any future cost increases.
→ If you'd prefer to be added to the wait list without placing a deposit, that's absolutely fine—just keep in mind that clients who have paid their deposit will be prioritized.
→ Clients on the wait list will be contacted in list order to confirm they're ready to move into the queue. If a client isn’t ready at that time, I’ll move down the list and follow up with them later when their turn comes back around.

This ensures everything is addressed in one go (e.g., referencing specific areas or providing visual examples if possible), allowing me to better meet your expectations.

Sketch: (1 revision)
After we discuss your commission details and I begin the initial sketch, I'll send it to you for approval. I may provide two sketches: an initial rough sketch to explore the composition, followed by a more detailed version once the composition is approved—depending on the terms of the order.
At this stage, you can provide feedback or request changes to the composition, pose, expression, etc.Emotes: (for pre-existing poses/characters), the sketch stage will be skipped, moving directly to lining and flat colors.
Background : At this stage, you can provide feedback or request changes to elements such as buildings, greenery, furniture, etc.
Lining + Flat Colors: (1 revision)
Once the sketch is approved, I'll move on to adding the linework and flat colors. I'll send you an update once this step is complete so you can review the artwork. Feel free to request changes to the colors.

Once the lining and flat colors are approved, I'll proceed with adding shading and finer details. I'll send you an update when this step is complete so you can review the artwork. Feel free to request changes to the colors if they don’t match your expectations.

"Simple Background"
A complimentary "simple background" is included at no extra charge. You may request for a solid color background instead.
If you'd like to upgrade to a semi-detailed or full-detailed background, the price ranges from $50-100+, depending on the order type. Please note: that the complexity of the scenery (e.g., intricate buildings or detailed landscapes) may incur extra charges.
To ensure proper planning, please request any upgrades to the background type at the beginning of the commission so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.
Any requests to upgrade the background type during the artwork process may incur additional charges, if there are other clients waiting in the queue.
