✦   Once your deposit/full payment is received—You'll be placed in queue. Please do not send payment until your asked to do so. —PayPal (SFW) Ko-fi (SFW/NSFW)✦   Your ETA should remain unaffected and may even be delivered sooner than expected. I often finish commissions ahead of schedule. ETAs are set conservatively to allow for real-life delays or sudden rush requests — This ensures I will deliver reliably without compromising quality.✦   Emotes / YCH / Sketches : Queue skip may apply to orders of 1–3 projects due to faster turnaround times, depending on the current queue and order type/complexity.✦   If at any point I'm waiting on a response from a client, I'll move down the queue and work on the next project until I hear back from them.

✦    I, Persona Flex, retains full copyright and ownership of all artwork, designs, and website templates.✦    Artwork and designs are ONLY for personal, non-commercial use unless commercial rights are granted by me, in writing.✦    Do NOT claim my artwork as your own or use it for merchandise, advertising, or monetized content without my permission.✦    Do NOT alter my artwork in any way. My signature must always remain visible.✦    Use of commissioned artwork in AI generators, NFTs, blockchain, or similar technologies is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.✦    You may repost the artwork with proper credit to Persona Flex and a link back to my page: https://personaflex.carrd.co✦    I reserve the right to display commissioned work in portfolios, galleries, and promotional materials.

Website & Template Usage

✦    Do NOT make major changes to my design/template.✦    All designs and templates will include artist credit. Please do not remove, edit, hide, or reduce the visibility of these credits.✦    I reserve the right to showcase the original design in my portfolio unless otherwise requested during consultation.✦    Website designs and templates may NOT be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own. These designs are exclusive to the commission they were created for and may not be duplicated, shared or repurposed for other projects.✦    I reserve the right to revoke access to any fonts, assets, licensed materials, or resources provided with my designs in the event of a Terms of Service violation. Clients acknowledge that the removal of these resources may impact the appearance, functionality, or accessibility of their website, and I am not responsible for any resulting issues.✦    Once the website design template is complete, it will be transferred to you where you will have full control over your Carrd website. If any elements break or display incorrectly, please reach out to me before attempting major edits, as many components are interconnected. I'm happy to help if something breaks but I am not responsible for fixing extensive changes or redoing the project if it has been heavily altered.

Process & Delivery

✦    You are responsible for providing clear references and accurate information before payment and before any work begins.✦    Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees and may vary depending on workload, real-life circumstances, and project complexity. Please check the Queue tab for the most current ETA timeframes.✦    Progress updates will be provided during key stages of the commission.✦    Major revisions or changes later in the process may incur additional fees.✦    Final files are delivered digitally. You are responsible for saving and backing up the files after delivery.✦    Expedited Requests Take Priority. Expedited commissions are available for +50% of the total project cost and will be prioritized for faster completion. An ETA can be provided upon request.

Payments & Refunds

✦    The 50% deposit to be placed in queue is non-refundable and full payment is non-refundable once work begins.✦    Refunds are ONLY issued if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason.✦    For TOS Agreement, invoicing and record-keeping, you must provide your First and Last Name and Email. Please ensure your name and email match your payment account. Missing or incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of the project. This helps ensure a secure and verifiable transaction for both the Client and the Artist.

General Terms

✦    Persona Flex reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.✦    All information shared between Persona Flex and the client will remain strictly confidential other than what will be displayed in queue. If you'd like the display of your name in my queue to be kept more private, please let me know in advance.✦    The most current version of these Terms applies to all past, current, and future commissions and services.✦    Please respect all my terms. Violating any Terms may lead to consequences.

EMOTE GALLERY

Gallery emotes were created between 2024–2026, with my newer style and current skill level shown toward the top.Some pieces reflect earlier stages of my art as I’ve continued to grow, experiment, and refine my style.
New orders may include slight style updates for older designs, but you’re always welcome to keep the original design/template if you prefer. I’ll always make sure you’re happy with the direction before moving forward! ♡

Feel free to share details about your character’s story, personality, or overall vibe, and I’ll keep them in mind when creating your piece. WIPs and major revisions are not included, though minor adjustments after completion are okay! ♡

I’ll check that the colors look right to you. Please keep in mind these are only base colors, and they may change slightly during rendering.

✦ Stage 3 — Rendering & Final Approval

This is the final stage before delivery. You’ll have another chance to check the colors and request minor tweaks.

✦ Delivery / ETA

Completed artwork will be delivered via ZIP file, along with your paid invoice for your records.ETA depends on my current queue and real-life circumstances. An ETA will be provided with your quote. For an idea of my current turnaround time, please visit the Queue tab.

✦ Canvas Size

Illustrations are always delivered in high quality. My standard canvas is around 2800 × 3200 px, though dimensions may vary depending on the pose, composition, and how much of the character is in frame. Your final canvas size will be confirmed while we discuss your commission details.Custom sizes are welcome! If you plan to use your illustration as a profile picture, I can also provide an additional copy formatted to fit better at no extra cost. ♡Desktop Background: +$25

You may choose any Bid Category your final bid qualifies for, but your bid cannot be split between multiple commissions.✦ Gil Commissions are exclusive to auctions, which I only attend occasionally and may or may not offer illustrations in the future.✦ You may choose to have your auction win be 18+ NSFW! Linework Sketch / Illustrations

✦ Auctioned Sketch/Illustration Commissions will be treated as Skeb Commissions — you provide your character/reference and general request, then leave the final composition and creative direction up to me. Feel free to share details about your character’s story, personality, or overall vibe, and I’ll keep them in mind when creating your piece. My goal is to create something that feels true to your character and that you’ll love receiving. ♡✦ Choose whether you’d like your commission in Black & White or Full Color.✦ Choose from Anime-Inspired, Semi-Realistic-Inspired, or a blend of both art styles. Samples of each can be found in my Gallery.✦ I’m comfortable working with complex character designs and details~ However, if certain elements are exceptionally difficult or time-consuming, an additional fee may apply, or I may adjust the composition to simplify/work around those elements.✦ A simple background is included and will be freely designed by me to complement the overall artwork.✦ As this is a Skeb-style commission, WIPs and major revisions are not included, though minor adjustments after completion are okay! ♡

Please prepare some more reference photos in advance. For complex modded characters, an MCDF file will usually be requested for accurate referencing (sketch/illustrations). All files will be deleted once the artwork is complete.
